חברי להקת הפאנק-רוק Fall Out Boy וחברי להקת הט'ראש Anthrax הודיעו על שיתוף פעולה חדש תחת השם The Damned Things. חברי ההרכב הם Joe Truhman ו Andy Hurley מ Fall Out Boy ו Scott Ian ו Rob Caggiano מ Anthrax, יחד עם שנים מחברי ההרכב Every Time I Die.
ההרכב צפוי להוציא את אלבום הבכורה שלו – Ironclast ב 14 לדצמבר בחברת התקליטים Island
